The French teenager only joined Borussia Dortmund in the summer, but the Champions League holders are keeping track of his progress.
Real Madrid are keeping track of Borussia Dortmund star Ousmane Dembele's progress, according to ESPN.
Dortmund beat a host of European clubs to the signature of the 19-year-old this summer, signing him from Rennes.
Barcelona were previously credited with an interest in Dembele and he has said he hopes to play for the Catalan club.
Madrid, however, will be hoping they can convince him to switch allegiances if they decide to act on their interest.
